Privacy
This is a static informational site. It sets no cookies, uses no trackers and does not measure its audience.
In short
- No cookies are set on your device, which is why this site shows no consent banner.
- No audience measurement, no analytics tool, no advertising pixel.
- No third-party content: no maps, no video, no embedded social media. The typefaces are installed on our own server rather than fetched from an outside provider. Your browser therefore contacts no server other than the one hosting this site.
- No data sent to the site: the contact form transmits nothing to a server. It simply prepares an email in your own mail program; you send it, and you see what it contains before you do.
- No access logs kept, on servers located in Switzerland: your visit leaves no trace on the server.
Data controller
The data controller is the site’s publisher, the doMind team, in Switzerland (see the legal notice).
Email: info@domind.chWhat data is processed?
1. Browsing the site
Simply reading these pages involves no collection on our part. The site is hosted by Amazon Web Services (AWS) on infrastructure located in Switzerland, and no access logs are kept there: neither your IP address, nor the pages you read, nor the time of your visit is recorded for any length of time. There is therefore no browsing history to consult, to hand over or to request.
2. Getting in touch
If you write to us at info@domind.ch, either directly or through the site’s contact form, we process the data you send us on your own initiative: name, email address, profession or role, and the content of your message.
The form sends nothing by itself: it opens your mail program with a pre-written message, which you remain free to edit or not to send. What you type leaves your device only when you send that email.
- Purpose
- Answering your enquiry, arranging a demonstration and following up our exchanges.
- Legal basis
- Your own initiative in contacting us, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries addressed to us (art. 31 Swiss DPA).
- Retention period
- As long as needed to handle your enquiry and the relationship arising from it, then deletion, subject to statutory retention obligations.
Your accessibility settings
If you choose a theme, a text size or a spacing setting in the accessibility panel, that choice is kept in your browser’s local storage , on your own device. This is not a cookie: nothing is transmitted, nothing is sent to us, and none of it can identify you.
It is a setting you explicitly ask for, which is why no consent is required. You can erase it at any time by returning to “Auto” and “Normal”, or by clearing your browser’s site data.
Recipients
Your data is neither sold, nor rented, nor passed to third parties for advertising. It may be processed by our technical providers (site hosting, mail service) only so far as their service requires, and under a duty of confidentiality.
Transfers abroad
No data is transferred by the site itself, and the servers that serve these pages are located in Switzerland. We would rather say this in full: Amazon Web Services belongs to a US-incorporated group, so access from abroad can never be ruled out as a matter of law, whatever the contractual safeguards. That is precisely why this site keeps no access logs: there is no browsing data that could be the object of such access.
Any transfer involving another technical provider — a mail service, for instance — would only be to countries offering adequate protection under Swiss law, or subject to appropriate safeguards.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed entirely secure, however: please do not send us data about your patients by ordinary email.
Your rights
Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP, SR 235.1) you have, among others, the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to object to its processing, and to request that it be handed over or transferred in a common electronic format.
To exercise these rights, write to info@domind.ch. We may ask you to prove your identity. You also have the right to contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
If you live in the European Union, the equivalent rights provided by the GDPR are available to you through the same contact address.
The doMind platform
This policy covers only the www.domind.ch website. Data processing within the doMind platform itself — in particular data on patients treated by clinicians — is governed by a separate contractual framework, provided to the professionals and institutions using it.
Changes
This policy may be adapted if the site or the legal framework changes. The update date below is authoritative.
